I managed 140 employees to develop and deliver innovative solutions. I accomplished bottom-line results by administrating sales, marketing, and product development programmes. I conducted training session for staff categories, sales staff, technicians, customer support, and management. I acted as a lecturer at major architectural congress for hospital building at Santiago Chile in the fall of 2014. I gained funds from the State Research Council FORMAS through collaboration with Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). I steered the first clinical installation across the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and India in as per domestic actors and protectionist national standards. I liaised with architects, technical consultants, buyers, property managers, hospital staff including doctors, nurses, hygienists, medical technicians, and operating employees to gain information. I built research co-operation with co-workers and universities. I carried out health technology assessment (HTA) to ensure good quality and cost effectiveness.A few selected contributions in this tenure include:☛ Doubled Getinge turnover from 100 MSEK to 200 MSEK+ in 2008 through strategic planning and analysis.☛ Set a benchmark of excellence by spearheaded research projects within time and budgetary constraints.☛ Credited for building company from 0 to 15 MSEK and optimised >140 systems installations.☛ Increased sales by more than 80% via public procurement.
