I carried out health technology assessment (HTA) to ensure good quality and cost effectiveness.A few selected contributions in this tenure include:☛ Doubled Getinge turnover from 100 MSEK to 200 MSEK+ in 2008 through strategic planning and analysis.☛ Set a benchmark of excellence by spearheaded research projects within time and budgetary constraints.☛ Credited for building company from 0 to 15 MSEK and optimised >140 systems installations.☛ Increased sales by more than 80% via public procurement.
