We focus on control positions in companies that have $10-30 million EBITDA and enterprise value between $50-300 million. As Managing Director, Peter managed and led TripleTree client transactions that ranged in size from approximately $100M to $1.0B+ across healthcare services and technology, in addition to leading the firm’s financial sponsor coverage efforts targeting the private equity and venture capital community.

A non-profit foundation that helped enable democratic governance and independent media through skill development peer-network programs for organizational leaders in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. Vaclav Havel, President of the Czech Republic, served as Honorary Chairman. As Project Manager, helped manage the foundation's AVID program which sent experienced professionals and industry leaders within local government, print and broadcast media, economic development, human rights and non-governmental organizations to developing organizations that were leading change across the region.
