This included determining competencies, designing and creating presentation material, worksheets, assessment, web based support, etc. I also design a Math for Supervisors course through a Wisconsin Workforce Development grant for Lactalis USA, Belmont, Wisconsin. Training included a mini course on foundation math skills plus multiple on-site training sessions on Excel skills ranging from basic to data handling skills such as pivot tables. I have also done customized supervisor-oriented training for Lands' End, and Rockwell Automation in Richland Center, WI.
