PROFILE 21 years experience in the Areas of process and operations in the pharmaceutical sector, with the last 10 years as Senior Process operator / Team Lead. 9 years as a process operator manufacturing and supplying bulk product to high speed filler lines. 2 years as a line service operator supplying high speed lines with components. Successfully work to standards and production process including IMB and FDA regulations, ISO and GMP quality and manufacturing standards. Highly proficient in working with high process production equipment in a regulated environment ,skilled in task planning ,with the ability to follow instructions and improvise where necessary, keen attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to be flexible to meet changing needs.  Consistently meeting targets and completing problem solving where necessary
