Nike Factory Store; Nike Factory Store is one of 20+ factory outlet store operated by Nike Retail BV with the UK. Employed as a footwear coach my main responsibilities are the day to day running of the sales floor, motivating team to maximize and drive sales, ensuring team members provide the highest levels of customer service, cash handling, daily and weekly paperwork, monitoring KPI's and opening and closing of the store.Extra responsibilities I have undertaken are to organise and delivery training sessions.A personal goal within this position was to be appointed the EPOS point person to oversee the upgrade of in-store EPOS systems.

I worked here after being made redundant from a previous job, just to keep myself active and keep money coming in.

Worked at this Nike franchise for 3 years working my up to the position of supervisor but unfortunately the store closed down and I was made redundant.Within this position one of my achievements was to assist with the buying of footwear for the 4 stores within the franchise.
