CurrentAs CTO for Aegate I have wide ranging management and board reporting responsibilities.In being responsible for the Technology Group and technical direction the company I've:- Tripled the size of the technology team in preparation for the growth of Aegate and the rollout of the Falsified Medicines Directive (http://aegate.com/en/qa-document-for-delegated-act-adoption/)- Have ensured Aegate’s technology is able to support the extension of our geographic footprint of Belgium and Italy to include Greece, Luxembourg, Croatia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, UK and Hungary.- Provided insight to the other business functions as to how Aegate’s technology functions and how it can support the Falsified Medicines Directive.- Engaged with the various stake holder organisations at both a European and National level to provide insight into our solution and understand how the FMD implementation will affect pharmacists, wholesalers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals and all other participants in the pharmaceutical supply chain. Engagement has been at a personal level at conferences, business meetings or in a more formal level in presenting to larger audiences. - Managed relationships with supplies and partners in ensuring delivery of our existing services and enabling new services to be delivered
