Managed and instructed the Automotive Structural Repair program. Charged with revamping the program to trim the excessive budget of the program. Teamed up with local repair facilities to establish an internship program. This program shifted hands on experience for the students out of the lab and into the actual working environment. I secured over $30K in donated equipment from manufacturers, local suppliers, and the local I-CAR non-profit committee for the classroom lab work that was done at GRCC. Unfortunately, our efforts could not save the program from the budget axe.
