• Responsible for development of a new ticketing system by prioritizing tasks, creating design specifications, and managing development. Role included project management, planning and implementation.
• Created the architecture for the system to use one source of code for all customers. Developed an API for the ticketing system, for external integration.
• Developed procedures for creating invoicing data for the billing system.
• In building the system, took input through customer interviews and listened to their needs.
• Daily operation of a Linux, MySQL based ticketing system with 100+ customers.

• GoIP Copenhagen was a VoIP start-up that was acquired by Debitel DK with Danish right, who then formed GoIP International to address the international markets.
