Accountable for the role out of apprenticeships under the new government apprenticeship levy and the on going development of our colleagues across the UK&I. Traversing many different departments and business units ensuring all our colleagues are given the opportunity should they wish to take it and supporting them along a journey of self development.

Working on a regional level with ASIG's other UK operations in Manchester and Aberdeen. The prime focus was updating the risk assessments for the front of house and operations departments. I updated the Airport Operations Manuals so it complies with the IGOM. Mapping our procedures to the ISAGO standard. I was the Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor looking.

London Heathrow

Preparing our London Heathrow operation for an ISAGO audit. This consisted of reviewing our standards and procedures making sure we complied on via our manuals and our operation practices. Focused on Passenger Service, load control and emergency response planning.

Course development for new ASIG customer airlines. Course delivery for both process and soft skills training. For current and feature customers. Auditing training records in a number of key ASIG work areas such as cleaning and lounge facilitation.
