Oversees and participates on the maintenance for multiple property groups. Including all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, generators, elevators, building envelope. Provides guidance to maintenance crew for repairs. Provides management and owners an in depth knowledge of all mechanical systems for condition, longevity and function. Responsibilities also include key management and inventory of equipment and supplies. Solicits, contracts and monitors outside contractors.
