Performance Analysis and Reporting Directorate (PARD) PARD managed the balanced scorecard to support the divisional business plan and the implementation of Improved Project Scheduling and Status Reporting (IPSSR).Key responsibilities:• Provide reporting and assurance to Executive Board• Implement Divisional element of Defence Materiel Organisations major project management improvement program, IPSSR, on time and within budget • Introduce a balanced scorecard to improve performance reporting against strategic business plan• Tiger Team member to develop a national acquisition categorisation and project management certification framework
