During that period, our China team secured leasing commitments totaling approximately 700,000 square meters of space that was either under construction, or newly completed, at the time. Additionally, I helped drive cross regional collaboration on leasing.

At Brookfield Logistics Properties, my primary responsibility was the roll out of Walmart's South China Fresh Food Distribution Center. At 33,700 square meters, the facility is the largest, multi-temperature perishable distribution center in China's domestic retail industry, and can store and process more than 4,000 kinds of temperature-regulated.

At Colliers International, I provided advisory services related to Mainland China's industrial property investment sector. I worked on the formation of joint-ventures between domestic firms and their international partners, divestitures of logistics property portfolios, asset sales involving state-owned enterprises, redevelopment opportunities, and general.

Peninsula was a boutique real estate private equity firm backed by Asian capital and focused on acquiring complex portfolio deals located across the United States in property sectors as diverse as hospitality, technology, and light industrial / manufacturing. During my time at PRECA Global I worked on transactions worth over $1.5 billion located primarily.

At New City (a real estate investment management firm), I was focused on industrial, logistics acquisition, and development in Mainland China in the years preceding the global financial crisis. During my time at New City, I worked on the acquisition of a two-story ramped 250,000 square meter ramp-up facility in Shanghai's Waigaoqiao Port previously owned.
