Assist with the creation, maintenance and updates to the construction budget and related cost reports. Quantity survey and comparisons of targeted budget, subcontractor take offs and work scopes. Assist in the negotiation and finalization of subcontractor work scopes and schedule of values. Assist with the estimation, analysis and negotiation of all owner and subcontractor contract change orders. Responsible for monthly payment requisitions approval and relatedcost coding. Coordinate efforts in maintaining project OSHA safety compliance. Conduct weekly subcontractor and OAC meetings (Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings) Responsible for full coordination with municipal authorities required forissuance of project permits, inspections and certificates. Create, maintain and update project completion schedules. Responsible for project close out, coordination and documentationincluding punch lists, O&M manuals, project warranties, testing andcommissioning, final inspections and certificates of occupancy.
