Acquired: • Extensive knowledge of: 1) European Union institutions, policies and procedures, in particular EU Common Foreign & Security and Development policies, programmes and institutional structures; 2) the United Nations system, its principal organs, agencies, the international environment and sustainable development system, its institutions, legal instruments, policies, procedures and operations; 3) NATO governance, policies and organisational structure;• Valuable experience in policy analysis and integration of foreign policy tools; in organizational analysis and strategic, results-based management; in the design and management of development strategies, programmes and projects; and in meeting and conference management;• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;• Sound judgement and strong analytical skills.Two academic degrees at master’s level, one in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and one from Denmark in Social Science and History (focus on international development). Committed team-player, promotes collaborative relations, can work independently, and maintains high standards under time pressures. Full command of English, German and Danish; proficient in French.
