I use my years of experience in the industry to drive product innovation and market growth, whilst delivering excellent post sale customer service.I am responsible for developing growth opportunities through the team of highly skilled Applications Engineers. This team focuses on the pre sales function within the business, providing solution architectures engaging the customer on technical level. We also support the Sales team through customer presentations, demos and pilot projects.As the department Manager I am responsible for the team budget, devising and setting targets and initiatives to help the business grow. I am fully hands on, helping the team with actions plans, mentoring and supporting them so they reach our goals.I am also responsible for providing great after sales technical support. I work with an experienced and helpful team of technical support Engineers. Using Sales Force as a CRM, we have developed our own unique process for logging, responding to and tracking customer support cases. We have developed several case types, and dashboards which track metrics and help us interact with other functions in the business. Show less

My current role is essentially providing technical support on Power Systems recording devices, including fault recording, power quality and fault location. Other responsibilities include the writing of technical customer facing documents, providing customer and associate training, assisting Sales Engineers with presentation of products and technical data, verification and validation of software products and project engineering. I have also been involved with the development of Qualitrol-Hathaway’s new software platform, in particular I have prepared specifications on functionality and user interfaces. The role also has a commercial element, providing quotations for special projects, project budgeting, and tender compliance documentation. Show less
