Responsible for the launch of the yearly Call of Duty releases across Xbox and PS4/PS5 platforms. Managed assembly and distribution of Diablo 4 Collector's Editions across several European countries. During my time l Managed all the back catalogue ordering to timelines and quality standards. Managed the new artwork, keycode request and production orders for all our POSA business in EMEA. Established and maintained strong relationships with suppliers and distributors, enhancing supply chain reliability and company reputation. Played a key role in financial management, including supervision of Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) and regular updates on freight pricing and artwork amendments ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.• Managed the card production orders, keycode requests and any artwork amends for our POSA (Point Of Sale Activation) and POR (Pin On Receipt) cards. Currently have over 100 card denominations active across most European countries and brings in aprox €45m in revenue to the business each year. • Placed back catalogue orders amounting to 1,700 order lines and 3.5m units, delivering to 3 European distributors and within SLA. Also ensured that all orders placed for Nintendo Switch carts were delivered on time from Japan and into a pack out centre in Poland in time for delivery to all three distributors, this included ensuring Tax invoices were raised and paid for as soon as possible to ensure delays in customs were minimal. • Managed the Call of Duty launches across Xbox amounting to nearly 50 skus and 1m units, this included ensuring delivery and production plans were adhered to ensure all orders were delivered on time and in full.• Management of Diablo 4 amounting to 46 order lines and 459k units placed across 3 platforms, plus managing 20k of Diablo 4 CE coming from China, making sure we maximized container space and managed the delivery into 2 port locations and then organized the delivery into multiple locations around Europe.

I was the escalation point for the Technicolor/20th Century Fox relationship across all European manufacturing supply chain issues. Produced manufacturing KPI's for all Fox territories monthly. Other roles consisted of providing critical paths for some of 20th Century Fox’s major film releases such as Spectre, BFG, The Greatest Showman and Bohemian Rhapsody so that these could be factored into Technicolor’s manufacturing plan. Supplied weekly and monthly forecast and planning reports to ensure we were in line with current forecasts and to highlight to the leadership team any differences and the reason(s) behind them. Around July each year, I had to provide a budget for the upcoming year split between key titles, new releases and catalogue and by platform.

My roles consist of planning critical paths of all gaming releases (Disney Infinity 1, 2.0 & 3.0) from receipt of final assets from the U.S. to upload of the packaging to our printers, this involves tracking delivery of U.S. assets, liaising internally with Marketing, Creative Services, Legal, Localisation, Operations, all EMEA territories, external print agencies and 1st parties to ensure that the packaging is correct and uploaded within the agreed timelines. Key Achievements• Managing the transfer of all Lucas game titles from Activision to Disney and ensuring that as a territory wanted to release one of these titles that the packaging was correct. This consisted of over 150 skus. • Project led the rework of 304k units of Disney Infinity 1 Play sets into single IGP’s.• Have been part of the team that have successfully uploaded to print 120 skus for Infinity 1, 98 skus for Infinity 2.0 and currently 99 skus for Infinity 3.0.

Stockley Park, Uxbridge

Managed the distribution of software only releases and hardware releases, this included the planning and delivery of containers from China. The planning, pack out and delivery of releases across Europe. Last release l looked after was "Skylanders", this was the delivery of 1.8m starter packs and 1.6m toys which were delivered in time and in full across 41 sku's and across 7 territories.

Wembley

Managed the order fulfilment of DVD releases (back catalogue and new releases) across several european territories, this included working closely with the film studios (Universal, DreamWorks & Warner Bros) to ensure forecasts were delivered to and dealing with pack out centres across Europe to ensure deliveres were met on time and in full.

Brentford

Ensuring the right product mix was ordered to ensure correct stock holdings or the right product, To ensure the right profit margins were being hit and to incentivise the sales force with offers and "Blitz days".
