This involved managing ISO9001 & ISO14001 accreditation. I started a recycling program for waste yarn which reduced landfill. I reduced electricity, gas and water usage considerably through streamlining of processes and more energy efficient machinery & equipment.

My responsibilities included incoming sales calls, project tracking and customer complaints.

This is the last stage in the manufacturing process of carpet where the secondary backing is applied.
