Within the Acquisition and planning team, I am currently working on numerous projects simultaneously spread throughout the UK. Below are the projects I am currently/have recently worked on. CTILBeacon 2 - Acquisition, planning and project management.Progressing upgrade applications on existing sites, auditing of site leases, assessing planning drawings against lease rights and to determine the planning type. Submitting planning applications/notifications to LPAs and progressing them through the system. Contacting Site Providers as determined by the lease audit either for notification, to request consent or to seek additional rights/new code agreements. Weekly progress calls reporting directly to the client, managing milestone forecasts and submitting client AHOP packs once acquisition/planning process is complete. Assign tasks to the Graduate Surveyors in the team, assist with training if required and review the completed tasksVendor Swap - Acquisition, planning and project management.TX - Acquisition, planning and project management.B3 Unwind - Acquisition and planning.Performing site searches, submitting search reports, etc.EE Airscale - Acquisition and planning.Progressing upgrade applications on existing sites.

Working on the rollout of telecommunications, 3G and 4G broadband services across the UK and Ireland.Experience in acquiring sites from initial site search, liaising with the client's Radio Planner to establish the requirements for each search area, negotiation of terms with Land owners, undertaking MSV surveys, liaising with Planners and Solicitors. Obtaining Legal completion on sites and handing sites over to my client's. Also reporting regularly to clients.I am responsible for managing the day to day work of the Graduate Acquisition Surveyor in the Belfast team.Work is mainly on the Cornerstone Project which involves site acquisition work as described above, site upgrades and Network Consolidation. As part of this project I also undertake estates work of rent reviews, lease renewals & lease restructuring/cost reduction.

Working in a small private surveying practice specialising in litigation services and undertaking work in all aspects of professional practice. Experience in inspecting and measuring various types of property (retail, retail warehousing, office and industrial) for the purpose of rent reviews, property management, agency (compiling marketing brochures for properties to let/sell) and assisting in valuations.

Working on the rollout of telecommunications and 3G broadband services across Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland for various client's including Vodafone Ireland, Vodafone UK, Hutchison 3G Ireland/Threefold Project Management, Hutchison 3G UK, Crown Castle/ T-mobile and Orange.Responsibilities included acquiring sites from initial site search, liaising with the client's Radio Planner to establish the requirements for each search area, negotiation of terms with Land owners, undertaking MSV surveys, liaising with Planners and Solicitors; obtaining Legal completion on sites and handing sites over to my client's build department. Also experience in forecasting targets and fee budgets.
