I direct all aspects and staffing of day-to-day Facilities and AVL Production operations.- Maintenance and use of the all church buildings and grounds.- Operation and maintenance of all mechanical and building equipment.- Manage compliant facility use by all building users.- Responsible for the safety and security of the facilities and being on-call for off-hour incidents. - Oversee and manage all assigned budgets and Capital Improvement projections.- Manage all assigned staff, contractors, and volunteer teams.- Overseeing all installations of components or equipment, maintenance / repair of PCC AVL production systems, troubleshooting, operation, training, recruiting volunteers for Production Teams, scheduling volunteers, and any other needs related to Chapel AVL systems.
