I am a member of the Toronto Police Service since August 1996.Since 2022, I am assigned to the Homicide and Missing Person Unit – Major Case Management section. I am conducting my duties as a Power Case Indexer investigator, assigned to various homicide teams.Between 2018 and 2022, I was assigned to the Homicide and Missing Person Unit (MPU). The MPU is a dedicated unit that ensures a consistent process and investigative response for all occurrences of persons missing in the City of Toronto, or on the way to/from the City of Toronto. This includes both newly reported and historic cases of missing persons and unidentified human remains.Before that, for 4 years, I was assigned to the Toronto Police Operations Centre, that has oversight of policing operations on a 24/7 basis. My duties included assisting in more effective resource deployment, risk mitigation and crime/traffic management using newest available technologies.
