Health Analytics is a specialty Healthcare IT professional services company that focuses on small, mid-sized and large healthcare organizations. My role is to work with clinic based organizations to improve their patient outcomes and operational efficiencies through innovation and technology. We have built EHR systems, therapeutic dashboards, telehealth systems, digital capture (surveys and questionnaire systems) and a myriad of other solutions. We specialize in EHR integration with systems such as EPIC, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Allscripts, Athena, and several smaller systems. Custom built systems for financial integration and reporting across disparate platforms.• Develop and update project plans for healthcare IT initiatives including project objectives, technology stack, specifications, schedules, funding, project resourcing.• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.• Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.• Develop implementation plans that include analysis and cost-benefit and return on investment (ROI)• Initiate, review, and approve modifications to project plans.• Identify technical resources for project requirements and manage resources through project completion.• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.• Deliver solutions on EHR systems, Analytics, Big Data, Dashboards, Financial Analysis, Integration, Digitizing of Data, among others.
