I have built up over the years a large amount of customer service experience and Insurance experience by working for some of the UK well known companies. Along with working also for some smaller companies, my experience is varied from working in a call centre through to working in a small broker environment dealing with Motor, Household and Personal Injury claims right through to dealing with New Business for Charties and other Non profit organisations. I have also dealt with claim investigation dealing with potential Fraudulent household and motor claims.
