I am a founding member and the Audit Partner at Endor Consultants LLC, where I oversee the audit side of the business. As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), I am authorised to undertake audit work in the Isle of Man. My journey began with Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, where I qualified in 2003. Since then, I have worked for Mees Pierson, Fortis Intertrust, and SMP Partners before establishing my own business in 2007 to cater to a select group of clients.With over 20 years of experience in audit and accountancy, I bring extensive knowledge of the industry in the Isle of Man. My expertise includes auditing FSA-regulated entities such as corporate and trust service providers, regulated pension schemes, trading companies, property holding structures, and investment holding companies. My background in the offshore corporate services industry enables me to handle a diverse range of clients.I have worked with an international client base, preparing consolidated financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS. I have assisted businesses in transitioning to IFRS and participated in various ad hoc projects, such as conducting financial due diligence for business acquisitions and assisting businesses to go to market.
