Accountable for the day to day operation of the watch and compliance with processes and systems adopted bySouthampton international Airport Limited (SIAL), taking charge/control of a major airfield incident, developing andplanning of local fire service policy, procedures and working practices and implementing group policy and proceduresin order to maintain day to day compliance in the fire service

Organising and delivering the day to day routines and activities, allocating tasks to watch team members, ensuring delivery and completion of own and team assigned routines to the required standards and managing assigned activities in an airport/domestic incident to maintain day to day compliance in the fire service.
