Was an engineering intern for SIM - Serving In Missions in Burkina Faso. Responsible for a team of locals drilling wells. Designed and tested a new machine for drilling medium to shallow depth wells to provide water to rural communities in Burkina Faso. Had to use an engineering mindset while designing and building things, while also taking into account the limitations of the building materials and methods used by people in third world countries. Was in frequent contact with local Burkinabe, and had to learn enough French to communicate ideas.

SolidWorks Design, AutoCAD Design, Aided in fabrication of parts for Industrial machines, designed schematics and layouts for the factory.
