Supervised a team in a 1% Manual Tally to confirm the computer accuracy of all recorded voter ballots from a randomized 1% selection of all 207 precincts in the San Joaquin County (64,577 ballots from 24 precincts). Verified last-minute voter verification forms sent in-mail and processed over 15,000 mail-in ballots and envelopes by county area code numbers.
