Responsible for the deployment and support of a variety of in-house diagnostic equipment aimed at the veterinary industry in Australia.This includes:- Initial installation of a range of Vepalabs' in-house equipment across Victoria and South Australia.- IQ/OQ/PQ- Training staff members in the daily use of equipment for diagnostic purposes, as well as simple periodic maintenance.- Annual servicing of equipment.- Managing the Quality Assurance program for client hardware.- Ongoing support of equipment with regard to troubleshooting and breakdowns.

Responsible for the maintenance of laboratory systems, with specific regard to ISO17025 compliance. This included:Maintaining the laboratory's audit-readiness with a focus on equipment calibration;Ensuring GLP is applied at all times in regard to laboratory equipment;Training of laboratory analysts in correct use of equipment, user checks and maintenance;First line diagnostics with regard to instrument breakdown and recovery; andManaging the laboratory's relationships with key service suppliers.
