• Member of investment committee, participate in investment decisions;• In charge of the company's financial, human resource, investor relations, administration and IT;• Develop and implement the company’s financial system, budgeting, tax planning and money management;• Complete the company’s employee handbook and performance appraisal management; • Organize the investors annual meeting, routine relationship maintenance and periodic investor’s reports• Participate in the management of invested projects and fund rising

•Lead the Finance Team (including finance staff of 8 branches throughout the country) by providing effective accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting and financial operational support; •Setting up and monitoring the internal control systems, develop and implement the internal control policies & procedure, management and propose improvement solution and participate in decision making;•Develop and implement the finance policies and procedures in areas of assets management, payment, budgeting and business review by integrating into the overall business control environment;•Take lead in the budgetary and planning, and ensure the integrity of financial data and delivery of accuracy and timely financial results;•Plan and monitor cash flow forecast and financing plans to arrange the financing facilities to ensure the adequate net capital for business needs;•Set the Tasks & Targets, assess capabilities, identify training needs and appraise the performance for individual finance staff;•Responsible for the financial environment optimization, and develop and maintain the relationship between the Authorities departments

•Extensive experience of a comprehensive range of assurance and advisory service to clients: Performance measurement—including audit and reporting and business operation assessment, e.g. local statutory; Information assurance—including audit and reporting, statutory reporting required by local supervisory institutions; Familiar with PRC GAAP, IAS and US GAAP;Risk governance and control—internal control co-sourcing, accounting system design and implementation and financial management;•IPO audit of China Construction Bank and annual audit manager for provincial branches after listing.•Excellent in team managing as well as client communication;•April-August/2007 work at KPMG HK Office
