1999-2002: Part of design team working on the National Ice Centre, co-ordinating the construction drawings with national building specification (NBS) and being site architect.2002-2006: Team leader, managing architectural team projects, covering the Leisure Transformation Programme, development of phases of the St Anne's housing project, and developing design projects for the Education Department. 2006-2007: developing preliminary budgets and feasibilities in the first years of applying for DFES funding for Building Schools for the Future.2007-2010: Seconded to the Nottingham Building Schools for the Future team as BSF Design Manager, developing feasibilities for the 5 pilot projects, including developing performance specifications, liaising with F+G Technical Advisers and part of team evaluating bidders for the BSF programme.2009-2011: Representative as BSF Design Manager promoting NCC interests in procuring 2 new build academies NUSA and Bulwell Academies in Nottingham.2010-2012: BSF Design Manager for roll out of Primary Schools including developing Design Evaluation criteria and managing design workshops with Primary Schools.2010-2012: BSF Design Manager developing Sustainable Design + Construction Guides for architect/contractor consultants to use on the Schools and other department programmes.
