As head of commercial operations I have been involved in process creation throughout the company in cross functional projects. I am continuously working with all parts of the organization such as tech, legal, commercial, compliance and all part of the commercial organization and I am looking for ways to make sure that the organization runs as efficiently together as it can. Since I joined Trustly, when the company was newly founded, I have been driving the process creation as the company has been growing. During the years I have also worked with partner relations with banks and acquired a good understanding of the business and regulations for financial institutions.I have a genuine interest in tech and I thrive when I get the opportunity to work in a cross functional setting where the business and tech intersects and I can apply my analytical skills and business mind set combined with my understanding of the technical aspects.
