Reporting to VP Engineering based in US.Responsible for multiple agile development teams in the UK developing high availability cloud-based software solutions for the construction industry. Highly collaborative role requiring continual cooperation and communication with peers managing engineering teams across the US and with Product Management, Sales, Support, Project Management, Services and Operations teams in UK, US and Australia. Delivery of product using Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methods. Budgetary responsibility for UK teams. Taking a lead role in cyber security and adherence to GDPR, I am have responsibility for data security of systems, cyber security, SOC2 and ISO 27001 certifications in the UK.

Management and direction of multiple software development teams across UK, development and executing product development plans, collaborating with global marketing and technology stake holders. Driving improvement in overall software engineering processes. Agile methodologies. Global technical sales and customer contract management and negotiation.
