Working as part of a team of three based in the London head office of large international fashion brand French Connection, daily duties included the below:• Active directory administration• Watchguard firewall administration - policy changes, monitor traffic, user set up, VPN tunnels etc• Management of mobile devices within the business, including BES administration and frequently liaising with telecom provider• Sole management of Sharepoint within the company, including user administration, creating new sites and any troubleshooting• Provide 1st/2nd line support to all stores, staff at HQ and remote offices based in the UK and internationally (occasionally including travel off-site)• Management of backups• Assisting with large projects such as domain migration and server upgrades

Sole IT Analyst for a medium sized fashion business in Wales. Reporting in to IT /Call Centre Manager on site, and the IT department of parent company based in London; duties included the below:• Daily troubleshooting of the bespoke mail order system, as well as liaising with 3rd party developers to resolve occurring issues, and to implement and test new functions as needed• Designing and building Crystal Reports• Desktop support (Windows & Mac) for all business users, including company directors, with around 100 users spread over two sites• Printer management throughout business – including warehouse label printing• Manage daily server backups• Set up/close down relevant accounts for all new/leaving users, as well as configuring user system• Producing KPI’s for Call Centre based on stats pulled from various systems
