Oversaw the sales efforts for Maison de la Luz, a new luxury boutique hotel from Atelier Ace and Ace Hotels. Responsible for driving ADR and RevPAR at 67-key high end luxury hotel by leveraging strategic luxury travel consortia partnerships as well as executing group contracts to drive maximum revenue in to the hotel. Responsible for over $4 million annual revenues. Part of preopening team and assisting in brand development and SOP's for Atelier Ace's luxury arm.

Served as the business and luxury/leisure travel sales manager at the Roosevelt New Orleans while also handling groups 25-100 on peak out of the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Managed all of our Local and Corporate negotiated rates. I serve as the point of contract for our luxury consortia, Virtuoso, Signature, and new for 2016, American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. I handle all relationships and sales for our FIT partners and other foreign inbound leisure travel. Additionally handled all group inquiries under 10 rooms on peak, and work with the entertainment vertical. Through all of these channels was responsible for and consistently generated over 3 million dollars in annual revenue.Oversaw the launch and implementation of the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program at The Roosevelt, training both front office and revenue teams on executing the requirements for consistent success.

In addition to providing all administrative support to the Sales and Catering office I managed all group inquiries of less than 10 as well as wedding blocks and SMERF bookings from RFP to contract to all in-house processes. Worked closely with DOS and DOR to determine availability and desirability of group inquiries for maximize revenue achievement. Work with the CVB and InterLeads to execute proposals and convert leads. Create and distribute BEOs, group resumes and group forecasts throughout the operation. Provide on property client contact and ensure post departure follow up.

Greater New York City Area

Coordinated events and meetings for both internal and external clients. Worked with NYPD, United States Secret Service, Rockefeller Plaza Security, and UN Security Detail for holding events in a landmark building (30 Rockefeller Plaza), and worked with midtown Manhattan catering groups. Oversaw BEO's including but not limited to catering, room set up, and audio-visual.

Manage cellar inventory and provide both on the floor retail and special order collector sales. Handled logistics for shipping and assisted in generating over $100K in sales annually.
