I am in charge of mutiple projects that include both commerical and high end residential. I am a liason to the project owner, architect, engineers and consultants. My responsibilty is for the creation and maintenance of the project budget, evaluation of the sub-contractor bids and works in conjunction with the superintendent to maintain quality control of every sub-contractor at each phase of construction. I am also the environmental building consultant for the company. All the plans that we bid are examined closely in order to make healthy choices for our environment.
