I founded the business alongside my father and two brothers in 1984. Since, we have worked together with an ever-growing team to create an electrical and mechanical engineering business, widely reputed for both the quality of product and the best possible customer service. We report for duty every day, intent on upholding the honour of the business and our family name.I get the biggest sense of satisfaction from achieving goals with our dedicated, loyal workforce. We have retained the closely held, family ethos that the company was founded upon, yet we deliver world-class solutions that add value, efficiency, and productivity to customers’ commercial businesses and places of work—ahead of time and on budget.Delighting clients is priority but chinking glasses with the team after a job well done is what makes it all worthwhile. We're often called onto site when a standard solution wouldn’t work so helping customers out of tight spots, sometimes at the 11th hour, makes it more rewarding still.I joined the company with basic electrical qualifications but have since combined extensive practical experience with relevant certifications and continuing professional development; I am passionate about ongoing improvement and education. I enjoy keeping apace with our fast-moving sector and consider myself a pioneer for the continued improvement of industry best practices.Over 30 years in the building services industry I have become known for diagnostics and delivery of solutions, particularly in relation to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; electricity; and related testing and inspection services. Sometimes a bespoke solution only presents itself by getting to know a customer, their facility, and its purpose.I am disciplined in maintaining a work / life balance and encourage staff to be the same. I enjoy coaching rugby and spending time with my wife and children; my daughter is keen on equestrianism and I watch her ride as often as possible.
