Howard Electrical Limited is a family-run business, established in 1984 and still owned and directed by the founders, Peter and Richard Howard. Based in West Sussex, we provide a range of electrical and mechanical services to commercial customers across the South East and have gained a reputation for reliability, high quality work, and excellent customer service. Howard is an independent company that specialises in all aspects of electrical and mechanical engineering. With 30+ years professional experience we provide a service that sets the benchmark for quality and technical expertise within the commercial electrical industry. Howard primarily specialises in electrical installations associated with HVAC control systems. In response to an evolving industry we formed a sister company, Howard Environmental Services, in 1989. Over the years, expertise and knowledge of the HVAC industry has grown and combined with the diverse skills of dedicated staff, we are now able to provide a wide range of specialised engineering services—from small installations to much larger projects up to the value of £1.2 million. We employ electrical, mechanical, controls, chiller, and refrigeration engineers; many have been employed by us for over 10 years and are familiar with our customers and their buildings. One of the benefits of having fully trained, competent staff is that we rarely have to rely on outside sources, reflected in our competitive rates. Howard is committed to continuing professional development and investment in staff, technology, and processes. We enjoy keeping apace with our fast-moving sector and are pioneers for the continued improvement of industry best practices. It is of paramount importance that people go home to their families each night and we share information and knowledge with fellow industry stakeholders to that end. We have been enrolled as an approved contractor with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting since 1987.
