 -Managing efficiency of manufacturing operations by reviewing available data. -Compiling regular production schedules. -Ensuring all administrative records are completed accurately. -Analysing routing to ensure accuracy at all times. -Tracking production process and maintaining inventory. -Capacity planning and shop order releases. -Preparing detailed updates for report generation. -Identifying areas of the business where improvements can be made. -Developing policies to create and maximise performance through the NDT (Non Destructive Testing) department. -Ensuring compliance according to all relevant health and safety guidelines.

 -Ensuring time kit set deliveries are received timeously from Suppliers; liaising with counterpart in Italy when necessary. -Updating Production on the Line of Balance on a daily basis, ensuring information is current and accurate. -Providing support and feedback to daily production meetings. -Ensuring that adequate supply of AGS (aircraft general standards) are issued to shop floor on a daily basis. -Address any paperwork shortages/delinquent from suppliers, i.e. Certificate of Conformity; follow up and resolve. -Return any re-work parts or tools in support of production. -Constant liaison with Procurement to discuss matters such as P.O'S./return P.O.'s for all incoming parts. -Formulating ideas for improvements on shop floor for storing aircraftparts. -Preparing all kits for production, supporting each stage of the build. -Communicate/liaise with ME to discuss any changes with Bill of Materialso that Line of Balance can be accurately updated. -Preparing slides to show the status of logistics, for presentation weeklyIPT meetings. -Ensuring constant traceability on all parts and fasteners throughout eachship set with constant support of the project's quality team.

 -Verification of inspection plan and suppliers' quality documents. -Inspection of various components and tools using Vernier and Thicknesscalipers, height gauge etc. -Verification of F.A.I.R. (First Article Inspection Report) as provided bysuppliers. -Raising NCR's (Non-conforming Report) on deviation of components. -Verification of Certificate of Conformity and other documents accordingto customer requirements. -Updating status of parts in SAP. -Raising scrap notes and updating in SAP.
