After negotiating exclusivity rights for the UK and Irish market I launched FSO International, the international distribution company for the FSO Pipe Relining System. After evaluating the UK market and successfully certifying the system with British Standards, I underwent negotiations with a range of C-level executives to organise the distribution and implementation of the product.

To develop outside of my core role, I took on responsibility as the company’s IT specialist. I led the Change Management rollout and training companywide for a range of tools and processes which significantly drove growth and efficiency to everyday tasks. • Increased the daily supply sector revenue by 70%, with new software rollout and adoption.• Streamlined the existing CRM software and implemented new automated features, considerably driving efficiency.• Increased productivity, collaboration and security with the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Teams, holding training days and drop-in sessions for employees.• Built and standardised a new financial tool companywide, to assist consultants when negotiating deals.
