Working in International HR with NNIT is a fantastic challenge. We are a growing company, hiring people from all over the world and offering our services to companies in Asia, USA, Europe and The Middle East. We, in International HR serve as partners to our international offices and their HR departments, and as consultants for our DK based staff, helping them travel to our international customers while being in compliance with the applicable laws.

Being part of the administrative team in NNIT, we deliver the documentation that supports all organisational changes in the company.- We deliver guidance, support and sparring to the managers and HR Business partners regarding terms of employment, legal HR questions, and contractual agreements.- We ensure that HR Processes, guidelines and rules are in accordance with practice and vice versa.- We maintain SAP HR to reflect the changes in the Line Of Business.As HR Assistant with an international perspective I was part responsible of delivering to our DK organisation, but also for offering support to our international offices, on issues such as business trips, tax rules, expatriation, and as a partner to our international employees in Denmark when looking for accomodation and implementation into the Danish social security system.

Vesterbroløbet is a charity running event that my partner and I have organised in 2012 and 2013, to raise money for charity organisations in our neighborhood - Vesterbro.We have received donations and endorsements from major companies, and have raised enough money both years to make a change in the life of the users of the charities.For more info see www. vesterbrolobet.dk

As a recruitment consultant I handled all the administrative aspects of the many open positions at Telia, ensuring that all candidates to all positions were given due answers to their applications. My daily contact with managers in-house and in our stores gave a good sense of the different challenges of hiring new employees in different parts of Denmark.I was single responsible for implementing Easycruit (Lumesse) in Telia Denmark, and ensuring that our job-advertisements were alligned with our tone-of-voice, and visual strategy.I was also first contact for recruitment agencies, online job-markets and head-hunters who I negotiated agreements with.
