This role serves as the interface with material vendors and is the point of contact between the designers, installers, subcontractors, and customers to meet or exceed customer expectations in an end-to-end process with reporting at every step. • Successfully managed and completed multiple cleanroom projects with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $500,000 with thorough execution of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and installation.• Average 15-20 projects a year combining to roughly $1-2 million dollars range. • Proven ability to select the most suitable vendors for projects, optimizing cost-efficiency and meeting clients’ specific style and quality preferences. • Serve as primary client contact regarding scope, schedule, and budget for small, large, and complex client accounts.• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to clients.• Conduct pre-install meetings to prepare other contractors for smooth installations and punch walkthroughs to resolve any issues promptly.• Act as a mentor and assist in training other team members.

Production Associates produce climbing walls along with climbing wall products and services (handholds, volumes, climbing wall panels [both wood and polymer], landing surfaces, operational training, inspections, and auto belay safety systems).
