Current• Creation of Financial models linking monthly Regional P&L and B/S into consolidated group financials. • Preparing Executive Summary of the company including review financial statements and projections for preparation of sale of the company.• Liaise between Due Diligence auditors and CFO and boards members with regards to queries, issues and additional information required in regards to Mergers and Acquisitions. Including transition to new Financial reporting structure. • Implementation of automated financial systems directly from database to for month end and live reporting figures.• Integration of new ERP systems, including the transfer of data, testing, writing user manuals, training etc. Includes training staff member on using the new system, end user testing and drafting new procedures and controls.• Aligning and Integrating Accounting processes and reporting for newly acquired business'
