•Primary vendor manager for national network of 15 payment processing sites. Worked closely with major software, hardware, service, and consumable vendors to resolve service issues, manage hardware and software implementations and support operations. •Managed implementations for over $2 million in hardware and software check processing systems nationwide. Took projects through the entire process of cost estimation & financial approval, planning, resource alignment, and execution.•Managed over $4 million in annual maintenance and support agreements. Enforced service level agreements. Handled issue escalation and resolution. Wrote and enforced corporate procedures to ensure proper utilization of vendor support resources. Coordinated efforts between multiple vendors and Regulus IT groups to resolve complex issues for clients.•Managed all image capture system implementation aspects of a nationwide facility redistribution consisting of the opening of a brand new facility and the closing of two others. Worked closely with vendor resources, contractors, internal IT personnel, and operations to manage the migration of data and equipment between the 3 affected locations.•Renegotiated an annual equipment maintenance contract resulting in a yearly savings of $140,000.•Successfully researched, negotiated and implemented multiple national consumables contracts worth over $250k annually.•Directly supervised the Regulus performance management team, responsible for metrics monitoring and reporting for both internal and external customers.
