The project work is mainly for the MSc Sport Business Management course at Sheffield Hallam University and partly for SIV purposes. Conducted a very independent project producing a sports venue analysis within aquatics to create a lesson or activity offer to gain and retain customers within the area of aquatic programming, 26 offer options used for marketing purposes for the company and 2-3 used to be trailed to expand income and revenue. For 12 weeks within the programme & development team for SIV I worked on an individual project with a mixture of consultancy and marketing. Comparing 30 Venues in the UK outside of London and South Yorkshire to 6 SIV Venues to find a new activity or offer to put into the current programme to increase the ability of retaining customers within all aquatic disciplines and mainly focusing on the lesson programme. The project venues are split into 3 types of venue including Aquatic, Leisure and community and comparing 3 categories of pricing of Activities, Lessons and Offers to SIV venues of all aquatic disciplines.30 Venues - 3 Aquatic, 13 Leisure, 14 Community6 SIV Venues - Ponds Forge (Aquatic), Hillsborough, Concord, Springs, Westfield (Leisure), Heeley Pool (Community)
