Facilitated surveying for longitudinal community impact study.

In partnership with Tri-C, I taught an Environmental Geography course for college credit to accepted high school students. This class includes a service project that the students are developing and implementing.In addition to developing the curriculum for this course, I am also formatting and developing the current curriculum for our summer urban farming program called Green Corps. Green Corps is an earn and learn program for high school students in the CMSD. This summer I will be managing the 3rd year and 4th year student projects and college course.

Assisted in managing a crew of high school students on an urban farm in Cleveland. The duties included organizing student efforts, teaching curriculum, manual labor, and running on-site farmers markets.

Worked with Kirby Date on developing the Best Local Land Use Practices manual, for communities in Ohio, as a part of the Ohio Balanced Growth program. This included research and document revisions. The manual covers many different zoning regulations and development practices across Ohio, and sometimes in other states that served as good models.

Developed and built the Buckeye-Woodland Urban Farm, Phase I

Taught hands-on science concepts for 3-5 graders and developed and taught curriculum for Middle and High School students.

Assisted the Director of Stewardship in baseline documentation of protected lands, and in creation of maps using GIS software and other duties as needed.
