Objective:The General Manager of Business Development and Customer Relationship at Zoltan Properties on the Rolls of Zoltan Properties Private Limited, is responsible for spearheading the expansion of the company’s real estate projects through strategic business development initiatives and robust customer relationship management. This role focuses on enhancing client engagement and maximizing retention, thereby driving the company’s growth in competitive markets both domestically and internationally.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Market Expansion: Monitor and promote company growth by working with real estate developers in key Indian cities including Hyderabad, Goa, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Delhi NCR, as well as internationally in Dubai, UAE.Facilitate onboarding of retail, underwriting, and mandate projects to generate consistent monthly revenue through the Buying, Selling, and Brokerage segments.2. Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies tailored to the real estate market to foster company growth. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both existing markets and potential new real estate projects.3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of business development and customer relationship professionals specialized in real estate. Organize professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and ensure high performance in real estate market dynamics. Align with teams at Zoltan Properties as well as with developers to drive common revenue goals that are result-oriented and inclined with every individual’s contributions.4. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including property investors, homeowners, and commercial entities. Regularly assess client satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance service offerings and improve retention rates within the real estate sector.
