In August 2012 the Gaming Industry seamlessly transferred from a Gaming Operator Model to a Venue Operator Model with no significant business interruption. • Ensured no material negative publicity for the Victorian Government and Intralot as the industry transitioned.• Managed the achievement of major project milestones despite severely reduced timelines from the Victorian Government.
