• As Streetlights Ambassador of Design I created design concepts for projects, including architecture, tower building design, floorplans, and mixed-use properties. Some key projects include:The Langley:
• A 126-unit tower in Houston’s Boulevard Oaks neighborhood, where I directed the design of eight units per floor and four units where I utilized two exterior walls to maximize light.
• I crafted the tower’s exterior to serve as a compliment to nearby Rice University’s architecture.
• Additionally, I designed four two-bedroom units on outside corners to include corner terraces creating outdoor living rooms with kitchens and grills. The Galatyn:
• This was a bespoke 56-unit, 20-story tower on McKinney Avenue, with three units per floor and two units utilizing three exterior walls to maximize Downtown Views.
• I led panning for units that ranged in size from 2,077 to 4,350 sq. ft. with customized amenities.

• By partnering with Streetlights' Creative Studio President we developed the character and massing of a 25-story mixed-use project located in Atlanta, GA.
• This project incorporated 306 luxury apartment coupled with 5K sq. ft. of retail space.
• I collaborated with city officials in the construction of elevations that were cognizant of the Gothic architecture of the nearby, historically significant Saint Mark's Methodist Church.The Bowen:
• I designed the character and massing of a 19-story luxury apartment tower in Austin, TX for Stonelake Capital Partners.
• Through active market research I noted trends and design updates, allowing me to draft multiple iterations of floor plans and elevations that aligned with targeted market data.

• In this role, I provided architectural design services for mixed-use urban development, heading the full project lifecycle initial design through completion of construction to ensure design continuity. Some key.
• For this project, I crafted all plans, sections, and elevations throughout the schematic design process for what was to be the first multi-family wrap project in Oak Cliff, Dallas.
• By directly interfacing with the City Design Studio and community groups we collaborated on developing a plan for a unique mixed-use building that directly reflected the heritage, style, and culture of the neighborhood.
• I led a five over one podium wrap project that delivered 302 apartments and 23K sq. ft. of retail space.Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown:
• I headed the creation of concept design packages for the early phase of the design process for this premier hotel being built in the West Village neighborhood of Dallas.
• I designed a mixed-use block comprised of a 150 key hotel, two restaurant spaces, and a roof bar.
