Full P&L responsibility for managing a rapidly growing Transport Business, comprising $30m revenue, reporting to the Managing Director. Management of Operational activities including 5 direct reports and lead 50 staff and 300 owner driver subcontractors with a focus on service, safety and profit optimisation.

Responsible for commercial and operational performance of Fleet Transport: $15M in revenue, circa 30 FTEs and 100 subcontractor drivers.
