This included:o Landing Salling Group, w/large fixed assortment in Føtex, Bilka and campaign activity in Nettoo New business model “sold before purchase” with Rema1000 and Normal provided increased profit, and reached nearly 15% of annual total turnover in less than 2 years.• From agent to direct business in Norway improving operating margin with 15% and opening new customers like Rema 1000, Skeidar, Notabene.• New agent setup in Sweden, reducing costs of nearly 1M SEK yearly.• Trade marketing improvements based on “facts not feelings” thus informing customers of the value proposition of Sistema rather than showing individual products.• Due to a strict product launch strategy – the above push was done while maintaining successful business growth with traditional channels like DIY, DIF, online etc including successful launch in Imerco after merge with Inspiration/Værsgo.
