The LLC Programme aims to migrate and digitise all circa 26 million Local Land Charges across 326 Local Authorities in England into one register. This is a high profile £300m infrastructure project and part of the government's Infrastructure Projects Authority (IPA). Responsibilities: Manage the relationship between HM Land Registry, local authorities and other external stakeholders. Investigate data quality and advise on cleansing methods. Support the Head of Engagement in planning and delivering strategies for each round of engagement. Organise and lead in critical face to face meetings. Secure data for migration. Ensure understanding and compliance at all levels in line with the migration plan. Support local authorities in managing change. Identify, document and escalate project risks and support development of mitigation plans. Present at high-profile conventions and committee meetings to promote the programme and provide progress updates.Other duties have included: - Collaborating with legal advisors on setting up service level and data sharing agreements.- Develop product toolkits to support programme delivery and track progress.- Lead on resource planning and development of migration approach.- Organise and deliver lessons learned workshops.This is a complex and sensitive programme requiring a close working relationship with a variety of senior Civil Servants, consultants and external stakeholders. At all times I have to be aware of the civil service code of conduct in carrying out my duties. Additional training completed: Managing Small Projects (Oct ’15), Leading in the work place (Nov ’15). Reason for leaving: Selected to lead on a business critical project.
